Nature of the Website

This site is a private reference guide. It does not store official jail records, court files, booking photos, or public-record responses, and it cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file documents.

Its purpose is to point visitors toward Klickitat County jail resources, Washington DOC tools, court-record paths, and selected third-party research services.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.
• Do not use information found through the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other eligibility decisions.
• Do not attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools against the site.
• Do not interfere with site operation or other visitors' access.

Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening products. You agree that you will not use information from this site or linked partner tools for any FCRA-covered purpose.

The site links to jail, sheriff, corrections, court, Washington public-record, legal-aid, and outside search resources. Those sites are controlled by their own operators. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, fees, uptime, or accuracy, and links are not endorsements.

No Warranties

The website is provided as is. We do not guarantee the following.

• That any information is accurate, complete, or current.
• That the site will always be available without interruption.
• That the site is free of errors, bugs, or security issues.
• That a partner search result will be complete or useful.

Custody status, public-record access, fees, and court entries change often. Nothing on this site is an official statement from Klickitat County, a sheriff's office, a court, WA DOC, or any government agency.
